1. Cashless access to OPD Services

PrimeCare card is a prepaid card. The customer and dependents will be able to avail the OPD services without paying consultancy fee at any of the service providers of his eligible category. .

  • The card is valid for 1 calendar year. Month of purchase will be given as grace period to customers.
  • No cash or credit card required at the time of need.
  • Card presence is not mandatory to avail OPD consultancy; instead card owner can generate a “Service Code” and give it to anyone to use.
  • The card visits cover OPD consultancy only.
    A Prestige card holder is allowed to access all 3 categories of Service Providers while Silver card holder will be allowed at Silver and Blue category service providers. Blue card holder will only be allowed at Blue category service providers only.
  • Customers can choose cards according to their family size, need and budget.
    Combination of virtual and physical consultancy on the card gives customer an option to choose the consultancy as per the ailment severity.

2. Access to Health eConnex network of reputed Hospitals, Clinics

Network of service providers comprises of over 200 hospitals and clinics surveyed, profiled and selected to give best possible area coverage and quality GPs and Specialists for PrimeCare customers. Also, listed among the service providers are reputed labs and pharmacies to ensure quality of medicines.
Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and labs are selected based on their reputation and track record of having:

  • PMA certified doctors to give quality consultation.
  • Genuine and effective medicines.
  • Reliable diagnostic tests.
  • Convenient locations.

3. Attractive Discounts on Prescription Medicines and Lab tests:

PrimeCare have created a pool of dependable pharmacies, medicine suppliers and trustworthy diagnostic labs to protect their customers from fake and substandard medicines and diagnostic results.
The customers can also enjoy attractive discounts at these locations. The discounts may vary from one provider to another therefore a fix discount cannot be mentioned however, the list of pharmacies, labs and discounts can be found through PrimeCare website, helpline and m bile app.

4. Home Delivery of Medicines

Customers can have their medicines ordered over the phone and get them delivered at home and still can enjoy a discount on medicine bill. Only reputable suppliers are included in the network.
Customers required to pay a small delivery charge. Delivery will be free of charge if the medicine bill is Rs. 2000 and more. Medicine delivery team committed to deliver the medicines less than 2 hours within city limits.

5. 24/7 “Dial-A-Doctor”.

A General Physician is available 24/7 over the phone to caters OPD services in emergency or advice on less severe ailments. Customers can get prescriptions via email or whatsApp. Virtual visits are not eligible to carry forward.

6. Access to International Research Centers for Medical 2nd Opinion on critical illness*.

How The Program Works:

  • Member is diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition.
  • Patient / physician calls PrimeCare Helpline (021) 111-911-673 to initiate the 2nd opinion by directing the request to service provider.
  • Service Provider will identify three leading medical centers available to provide review and give it to patient.
  • Patient and physician will choose the medical center they wish to use.
  • PrimeCare will coordinate between physician office and service provider to help prepare the relevant medical records to be sent to the medical center selected.
  • Patient and physician will receive a written review from the selected medical center of the original diagnosis and a proposed treatment plan within 10 business days.

7. Card Validity.

The card is valid for 1 calendar year. Month of purchase will be given as grace period to customers.

8. Carry forward of unutilized visits on card

Unutilized visits (physical visits only) on the cards will be carried forward to next year upon renewal of the card as illustrated below.

Following is the visit carried forward method at the time of renewal:

  • Renewal within same category: 50% of the unutilized visits transferred to new card.
  • Renewal to higher category as follows:
    • 2 Blue visits = 1 Silver.
    • 4 Blue visits = 1Prestige.
    • 2 Silver visits = 1 Prestige.
    • 2 Blue visits = Rs. 1,000 discount on Prestige.
  • • Virtual visits (Tele- consultancy) will not be carried forward and expire with the card expiry.
  • • The fractional visit carry forward is not allowed i.e. 1 remaining physical visit will not be carried forward as 50% of it will be 0.5. Similarly, in case of 3 physical visits, 50% will be 1.5 visits and hence 1 visit will be carried forward only.
  • • Renewal to lower category: No unutilized visits will be transferred to new card. A discount of PKRs 500 on card processing will be given.

9. Single card for all family and dependents

Physical card presence is not mandatory to avail cashless service. The card owner can generate a “Service Code” via mobile app or call center that can be used by the family member to avail OPD service.

10. Option to Gift a Consultancy Visit.

The process of service utilization is designed in such a way that physical card presence is not required at the time of visiting a consultant. This feature allows the card owner to charity or gift a doctor visit to anyone.
